Warranty & Returns


If you do need to make a return, you're welcome to do so within 30 days of original purchase date.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Please submit the "Contact Us" form for return procedures.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return items.

Please note if it has been over 30 days from the date you received your item(s) then we are unable to accept your return.

First Secure warrants for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser that the products will be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship.

The First Secure Lifetime Warranty is a statement of confidence to our customers to the reliability of First Secure products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in quality, style, appearance and durability. This warranty reflects a tradition of excellence and a commitment to superior manufacturing, innovative design and craftsmanship dedicated to you, our customer. This warranty is our pledge to you that we will proudly stand behind our products for as long as you own it.

What is Covered? This warranty covers any defects in material and craftsmanship, provided that the consumer purchased the products from an authorized distributor of First Secure. First Secure cannot guarantee the quality or condition of products from distributors who do not agree to meet our high standards, and therefore, no warranty is provided for products from unauthorized sellers.

How Long Does the Coverage Last? This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser as long as you own your First Secure product. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your First Secure product. The product must be purchased from an authorized seller to qualify.

What Will First Secure Do? At First Secure's option, First Secure will repair or replace the defective product, or repay the purchase price of the defective product.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? This warranty does not apply to any First Secure product which has been subject to misuse, improper installation, accident, natural disaster, corrosive air, outdoor use, or has been altered.  Products may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered by this warranty. Products not purchased from an authorized seller do not qualify for warranty services or replacements. Failure to comply with the operation manual instructions will void all associated warranty obligations. This warranty does not cover any damages or expenses caused by any defective product.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST: (1) contact First Secure using the form on this page (CLICK HERE) specifying the defect and requesting instructions on how to proceed; (2) return (at the buyer’s expense) the defective items/parts to First Secure's warehouse within thirty (30) days after being instructed to do so by First Secure, along with a description of the defect and documentation of being the original consumer purchaser; (3) allow First Secure to inspect the product at a reasonable time and at a reasonable location.

Our examination team will diagnose the product(s)/part(s) and contact the customer within two (2) business days. The replacement products or parts will be shipped by Ground Service within three (3) business days if the products/parts are proved to be defective.

Your Rights under State and Other Law: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state in the United States.
